Face of Opportunity

There are many opportunities today to see the face of God.

You Just Gotta Believe

So scripture says that if you say that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that he was raised from the dead by God, you will be saved and not put to shame (Romans 10:8-13 if I'm not paraphrasing enough).

In that case, maybe I should lay off the silent judging of my fellow parishioners when they "do it wrong."

Haters Gonna Hate

If I can reach into the deep water of myself and follow the commands of Christ, I will live an abundant life.  However, dismiss the inevitable pessimists and naysayers to trusting in the Lord.

In terms I can understand: Live life the way Jesus wants me to, but haters are gonna hate. I need to press on.
